Accessibility: Transforming all lives for the better
Roadmap to a better experience
TD Ameritrade has adopted the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA as our web accessibility standard. We are examining ways to utilize assistive technology such as screen readers and magnifiers. We have also worked to feature closed captioning of our video content for the hearing impaired. Our design team is approaching user experience strategies with various disabilities in mind. We are also conducting periodic research to get valuable feedback about ways we can make our platforms more user-friendly for all of our clients.
For clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, we offer TTY relay system and chat support. Contact us at: 888-723-8503
